NO, we will not! With the exception of promotions where we plainly state the offer (50% off two months) we guarantee that we will not raise the posted rate within the first year of your rental. Occasionally we need to bump rents 3-5% to keep up with rising costs and inflation, but that WILL NOT happen for at least one year from your move-in.
No, they are not. Our storage units are drive-up accessible and are subject to temperature and humidity fluctuations. If you have items that are sensitive to heat, cold or humidity, we suggest that you store those items in a climate-controlled facility.
We spray for insects monthly and keep boxes baited for rodents. Please note: the BEST way to keep pests out of your belongings is to make sure there is absolutely NO FOOD, or anything that was ONCE FOOD stored in your unit. We also suggest that you keep mattresses and furniture wrapped, and store small items in plastic totes instead of cardboard boxes.
While there is no such thing as a 100% secure storage unit, we make every reasonable effort to keep your stored belongings safe. We have video cameras covering multiple angles of the facility and grounds. All activity on the property is recorded and monitored 24/7/365.
We have a comprehensive policy that covers the building, but our policy DOES NOT cover your stored belongings. We do, however, offer a Tenant Protection policy that will cover your stored items, within limits, for a few extra dollars per month. Click on the Tenant Protection tab, above, to learn more.
