2) Fill in your contact and payment information.
3) Sign your rental agreement online (with your mouse, touchpad or finger).
4) Check your email for your access instructions.
No, we will not. The big national storage chains survive by hitting their tenants with continual rent increases. Their algorithms tell them that most won't move out - and if they do they can afford to flood the ad-waves and buy new tenants. Works for them, but not for us. We prefer to let you stay as long as you'd like without pricing pressures.
No, they are not. Our storage units are drive-up accessible and are subject to temperature and humidity fluctuations. If you have items that are sensitive to heat, cold or humidity, we suggest that you store those items in a climate-controlled facility.
We spray around our buildings for insects and keep boxes baited for rodents. Please note: the BEST way to keep pests out of your belongings is to make sure there is absolutely NO FOOD, or anything that was ONCE FOOD stored in your unit. We also suggest that you keep mattresses and furniture wrapped, and store small items in plastic totes instead of cardboard boxes.
While there is no such thing as a 100% secure storage unit, we make every reasonable effort to keep your stored belongings safe. We have video cameras covering multiple angles of the facility and grounds. All activity on the property is recorded and monitored 24/7/365.
We have a comprehensive policy that covers the building, but our policy DOES NOT cover your stored belongings. We do, however, offer a Tenant Protection policy that will cover your stored items, within limits, for a few extra dollars per month. Click on the Tenant Protection tab, above, to learn more.
